JUNE CLASSES

Produce Focus: Champagne Bollinger

This year I won an award from Champagne Bollinger, one of the oldest and most respected Champagne houses.  I thought it would be fun to share some of the very rare and extremely expensive wines I received.  I got a 2010 Vieilles Vignes Francaises as part of the award. This sells for around $1000!  It is because it is sourced from a small vineyard in Champagne that never got destroyed by phylloxera!  It is one of the oldest vineyards in Europe! I will also be serving their R.D 2004, La Grande Annee 2007, Rose NV and Special Cuvee NV. Total retail for this would be around $1500. I am limiting it to the first 8 people for $250 each. This will be most likely a once in a lifetime opportunity to try the 2010 and it will be a fabulous class to deepen your knowledge of Bollinger and Champagne in general. I hope you can join me.  Costs $250.

Class is Located at Wine Sellar and Brasserie, 9550 Waples Street, Suite 115, San Diego, California, 92121.
